TERMS & CONDITIONS

Provisional Bookings will be held for 5 days.

Bookings will be confirmed by email, upon receipt of a non refundable deposit of 20% of your full accommodation charge. Payment by BACS or Cheque.

The remainder of the balance is due 28 days prior to your holiday. If the balance is not paid when due, your booking may be cancelled.

If you book less than 28 days before the start of your holiday, we request full payment of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests who pay full payment will receive 80% refund of the total cost if a cancellation is made at least 28 days before the start of the holiday.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

Arrivals – Arrivals are welcome from 4 pm onwards

Departures – We kindly ask guests to vacate the cottages by 10 am on departure day to allow sufficient time to clean and refresh the property for the next guests.

HOUSE RULES & PETS

HOT TUBS (THE BYRE & THE BULLPEN) USE NOT PERMITTED BETWEEN 10.OO PM and 8.00 AM

We would appreciate if guests leave accommodation as they find it, and we do not allow smoking in the cottages.

We regret that no pets allowed in The Bullpen or The Byre.

We do accept pets in The Stables and The Hayloft by arrangement.
